Top Golfers to showcase their prowess at 2016 AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open
Golfers confirmed to play include one of Asia’s most decorated players having won six times on the Asian Tour, and is also two-time Asian Tour number one – Jeev Milkha Singh, who was also Captain for team Asia at the 2016 EurAsia Cup tournament, Nicolas Colsaerts with four professional titles under his belt, and finished in the top 100 of the European Tour since 2010, Hennie Otto who has won 12 titles on the Sunshine Tour, and Thomas Levet who has won 12 professional titles.
“We are very excited about the entries that have been confirmed to participate in this year’s tournament. We expect to announce many more “big name” confirmations closer to the event, watch this space,” said Ryan Dodds, Chairperson of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open Organising Committee.
The tournament will be played from 12 – 15 May 2016 at the Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita. The Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita was designed by world renowned golfer Ernie Els. The course is set against lush mountains and fringed by crystal-clear lagoons. Six stunning ocean-side holes culminate in a final shot that is amongst the most spectacular in the world.
