AfrAsia Bank hosts an exclusive Yannick Noah show for its clients.

Wednesday 09 December 2015 -‘Bank Different’ is the essence of AfrAsia’s philosophy and providing its clients with lifestyle experiences such as those two-day exclusive events with Yannick Noah, forms part of this relationship building journey the bank is ready to invest in. A tennis exhibition tournament was organised with clients of the Bank at the Mauritius Tennis Federation in Petit Camp, Phoenix on Tuesday 8th followed by a private concert.

Yannick Noah as a tennis player and musician has always been an inspiration to many across his career. The bank is glad that Yannick responded positively to the invitation. Many tennis stars have dreamed of being a crossover singing star but only Yannick has filled Stade de France, playing in front of a crowd of 80,000 spectators in 2010. After years travelling the world as a pop star, the former French Open champion will return to the sport that made him in a global sensation, now as the coach of the French Davis Cup team for 2016. Yannick Noah is also a generous philanthropist, starting the charities Les Enfants de la Terre, to help provide homes and support to needy children, and Fête le Mur, to promote tennis among underprivileged French children.
