The Shared currency pared initial gains amid upbeat U.S initial jobless claims
Fundamental News

EUR/USD
The Shared currency crawled to $1.1324  after U.S data released showed that initial jobless claims fell to 198,000 last week, with the job market seemingly undented by the spread of the omicron COVID-19 variant.

 

GBP/USD
The Cable grinded higher to $1.3503 amid lackluster markets and no major catalysts.

 

USD/JPY
The Yen extended losses to 115.09 against the U.S dollar on a closed Japanese markets for the day.

 

AUD/USD
The Aussie dollar sailed higher on back of an upbeat China Manufacturing PMI earlier today.

 

USD/CAD
The Loonie shot up to 1.2728 against the greenback as risk appetite and crude oil prices remained buoyant.

 

USD/ZAR
South Africa's rand traded flat at 15.91 per U.S dollar in thin trade on Thursday.

 

USD/MUR
The dollar-rupee unfazed at 43.55(selling).
