AfrAsia Bank announces appointment of new Chief Credit Officer
With 39 years of experience at National Bank of Canada (NBC), Lynn’s knowledge and perspectives will be valuable as the bank continues its focus on diversified, quality loan growth and strengthening its loan portfolio.
Lynn Dallaire has held various positions in internal audit, commercial account management, recovery management and consultancy at NBC, one of Canada’s leading banks as well as AfrAsia’s second largest shareholder. Equipped with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Quebec, Montreal, Lynn is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (FCBI).
Lynn will mainly manage the underwriting unit, oversee the loan review analysis process, and reinforce the loan policies, processes and procedures to ensure that the Bank’s credit quality is enhanced. This key addition to the team aligns itself with the bank’s strategy to develop credit competencies with the aim to enhance its competitive advantage on the market.
